Review: Top build quality and functionality for a reasonable price. Do a much better job and last way longer than any of the cheaper brand alternatives. If you are using them often and want them to last then, without doubt, worth the money. Great for cutting rigid wire, cable ties etc. (Not suitable for catenary wire cable which requires specialist cutters.) These cutters are compact and lightweight and I'd also recommend the Maun brand parallel action pliers with side cutters as similar in quality and functionality as a heavier duty option.

Review: Thought it would be a one off, originally bought the other style of these without the plastic handles and returned them because the cutting edges don't meet flush. Stuck a photo up. Got these as a replacement but it's the same again. They cut very well at the tip but with thin hard wire they just mash it unless you place it carefully. Pretty shoddy for what should be high quality kit. Won't be buying this brand again.
