Review: I bought this with a view to making guitar necks. As I’m a newbie, I’m making a test neck with pine rather than the traditional maple. This rasp removes wood quickly but it does it by ripping out strips of wood rather than cutting/rasping. It has absolutely no finesse whatsoever and cannot be used for any curves at all, certainly not on pine anyway. I’ll give it a retry on maple in the coming weeks but I don’t hold out much hope.
