Review: This product is really great if you want a chalky finish without all the hard work. It does dry out quickly, but I occasionally dipped the brush in water and that seemed to help. Two coats were plenty to cover the surfaces well. However, it does need a top coat of sealant or it will look 'pink' (as one reviewer said). You can use wax as with real chalk paint but I found a varnish that gives a flat finish. This really deepened the colour of the paint, and now I have the lovely red that is on the top of the tin. It did take four coats, however, to achieve this finish - two of the paint and two of the varnish, so it's still not a quick fix.
