Review: Bought this to replace a worn out brass handle that was loose and dropped when you open the window. Fitted this quality 'Yale' handle and set it so that the draught strip was slightly compressed to stop the wind blowing in through a gap. As you can see the result in the photograph, the tension resulted in the pivot point being strained and the new handle drops just the same as the old unit. I already threw the old handle away so i'm stuck with this waste of time and money! This is the poorest product that 'Yale' have ever put their name to, I say that as I'm sure Yale haven't made it, I suspect it's an outsourced product to increase their profit margin.
