Review: I've only been wearing these for around a month, however I can confirm that (so far, at least) they're definitely waterproof, and comfortable to wear and not as heavy as some. I'm generally a size 6.5 or 7, and these in size 7 are a near perfect fit. No need for extra thick socks as these boots are warm enough. The heel and sole is rugged enough for good grip over rough terrain, but a little slippery in the recent icy - as in hard frozen slush - conditions. My only problem with these particular rigger boots is the rather generous width of the calf, at the top. It's just big enough to catch the underside of the dashboard when I'm depressing the clutch. It's the only rigger boot I've had difficulty with driving in, and I've had a few different ones over the years. It wouldn't be a problem if I had an automatic. Update: after a couple more weeks of wearing, the top edge of the boots has softened sufficiently to no longer be a problem when I change gear. Also was ankle deep in water recently and NO leaks!

Review: Love these, so comfortable, wearing them all day is not an issue. Bit heavy, however, the quality is fantastic. I would recommend these.
