Review: Hi there my first time of doing a review as i am not one to moan about anything but this took the biscuit! So i tend to pay a bit more for quality and life of a product as the old saying goes 'get what you pay for' anyways just so you know i bought this brand new and i began cutting my hedge after a short period of time it stopped dead and the motor had stopped turning it was just humming so the windings had probably broken down reducing magnetism. So there it was burnt out and now in the bin as i don't mess about with sending stuff back too much hassle, but i will say black and decker have not fitted a thermal cut out which would help protect the motor and where its so compact it struggles for air flow for cooling. So if you have a hedge like in the picture you will find your trimmer will burn out after 30 mins. If you do buy this anyway maybe use in 5 mins on 5 mins off to prevent it burning out. hope that helped.
