Review: I bought this cleaner 2 yrs ago but broke the clips on the brush adapter, so it became cumbersome! I do NOT agree with the other reviews. I can only give it a 4 star because of the short battery life, about 10 mins. The suction is EXCELLENT probably better then most of the other hand held ones on sale!! I will certainly be more careful with this. Well done Black and Decker!!! A bit pricey though!! I have had it a week and continues to be very good service!!

Review: I used it for one week and then it stopped working. Can’t even be charged the blue light doesn’t even pop up. I have contacted the seller and they kindly suggested to contact black and decker for a replacement. They washed their hands on this matter and now they can’t even send me a replacement? I bought the product from their store! So if someone wants to purchase it go straight to b&d website because here you won’t find any help.
