Review: Nice lightweight hedge trimmer, and easy to use. If you already have DeWalt batter kit, then the battery interchangeable is good - I use the strummer batteries for long cuts. Battery life is good. For thicker hedges and long jobs it does begin to impact the motor, and you can find yourself releasing and re-pulling the lever to restart, until eventually it gives up. It’s only got an 18v battery. My first lasted two years, and probably 35 - 40 hours of cutting. My second has done around 30 hours to-date.
