Review: AS FAR AS SPRING COMPRESSORS GO, IT'S NOT GREAT.. BIGGEST ISSUE IS THE BRIGHT YELLOW BITS ARE MOULDED HARD PLASTIC, NOT IDEAL, WOULD HAVE MUCH PREFERRED A SOFTER FLEXIBLE PLASTIC OR BETTER YET, RUBBER, WHICH GRIPS BETTER.. SECOND ISSUE A SLIGHTLY BETTER CLAMP IN THE VICE DESIGN WOULD BE GREAT, IT DOES THE JOB OK AN A BENCH AND WILL FIT INTO A DECENT VICE.. BUT A LOCATION TAB ON THE BOTTOM WOULD MAKE THIS A BETTER TOOL... ON THE SEARCH FOR RUBBER INSERTS WHICH WILL IMPROVE GRIP.. THE MAIN BODY OF THE TOOL IS WELL PUT TOGETHER.. IF IT'S A TOOL TO BE USED INFREQUENTLY, I SUPPOSE IT WILL DO BUT ON AN EVERYDAY USE, I CAN SEE THE PLASTIC TAKING A BEATING.. WILL DO A FOLLOW UP ON THIS IN A MONTH OR SO...
