Review: This was ok, particularly for the smaller size bits, but it struggled more with the larger size bits, over 20mm diameter. Be very carefull that you don't lose the grub screws, as they are difficult to replace, without spending more than the extension cost. If you don't have a separate set of Allen keys, you also need to be carefull not to lose the one that comes with the extension. I mostly wanted to drill holes through the middle of floorboard joists, for various cables. This extension made it easier to drill the hole more perpendicular to the joist than would have otherwise been possible, so making it easier to pull the cables through. If you are using this with the smaller bits, the extension cannot pass through the drilled hole, so this can limit the depth that can be drilled. This was a problem when drilling smaller holes in double joists, but one can just drill a large enough hole. If you are going to use this a lot, you may need to obtain replacement grub screws, preferably flat point in high tensile steel.
