Aluminium sulphate is the quickest acting as it will increase the acidity as soon as it dissolves into the soil. Quantities of additives will vary depending on the type of soil. Review: Arrived quickly it seemed 5o be stuck on 7. But seems to work as I tested on soil and oh in water.

Review: I tested the meter in soil and found no reading at all. I then decided to see if it worked via calibration in acid and alkaline (vinegar and caustic solution) ... Nothing. Unless the one I was sent was faulty I don't believe this product to work at all. very disappointed and don't recommend it.
