Review: This is the 3rd update to my review since buying the shears. I was having problems with the bolt holding the blades together coming loose as you use them, which is a pain. I contacted Fiskars and they sent me a replacement bolt for free plus the special tool to fit it. The key additional part included in the kit from Fiskars is a "Teflon-type" thin washer which enables the shears to be used without the bolt coming loose all the time. I suspect that this essential washer has been omitted in some shears and is fitted in others, which is why some people are happy and others not. So if you're having the problem just give a call to Fiskars!
