Review: Having filled a sufficiently sized hole in the plasterboard it turns out I have plywood behind which negated the need for these on this particular project leaving me with a dirty heart hole in the wall but used on for something else and seems to be holding up well.

Review: I like these products as an option for hanging heavier loads on plasterboard. They're not totally error free; sometimes needs perserverence to make sure the cams have fully expanded behind the board. Plaster dust can easily get into the moving parts and overcome the soft plastic needed by the screwdriver to turn them. Once they're in correctly though, spot on, very good.
