Review: After having all new doors and windows fitted the wife decided to step outside the front door to see hoe things were looking, the front door closed behind her and we have one of those handles that dont open from the outseide so she got locked out. After a 2 hour wait for the locksmith he got her back in in just a few seconds . Now though she can go around the back and get a spare key from this box to get in if shes silly enough to do it again.

Review: The key safe is quite sturdy and it was quite tricky to make it open and close! There is no hook for the keys to hang onto so when putting the keys inside (three of them) the keys fall forward and get stuck in the keypad so making it very difficult to close and get open again... I followed the instructions to set the pin code for the keypad using the tool provided, I then installed the key Safe onto a wall with the screws provided making it very secure. I locked the Key Safe with my keys inside and then found out that the Key Safe will not open as it has now jammed shut and my personal code will not work as I believe that one of the keys inside has jammed against the buttons that are used to operate the safe! I contacted Squire and was promised a replacement free Key Safe which was not ideal but this was okay with me? Then a day later I was told that I had to return the installed Safe so it could be examined. I explained that it was not possible to remove the old Key Safe as it was locked shut and the key pad does not work due to the possibility that one of my keys inside the safe had jammed the lock shut? I was then just told to use an "Angle Grinder" & smash it off the wall using a hammer!!! Well, sod doing that and damaging my wall... so the Key Safe is still in situ and now I am stuck with a faulty Key Safe and no keys!!!! I would never recommend Squire locks to anyone and this Key Safe is ruddy useless to anyone!!! Be very careful whom you buy from and do not trust this Key Safe or indeed Suire, they are absolutely useless.... Thank you
