Review: Bought this blade as a replacement for an einhell blade which gave good service but was difficult to source and expensive when available. The irwin blade was cheaper and from a good maker.we live in rural france and are cutting loads of seasoned oak branches for firewood.have cut 3 cords so far,and she is still impressively sharp,no effort at all. The previous blade lasted 2 seasons, which i was happy with,but manufacturer said do NOT try resharpening the blade....the irwin info says theirs can be resharpened up to two times,so should get a longer life from it. No postage and the usual excellent amazon delivery within 4 days. I will get another next time.
