Description: Our paint grade flush door range offers economical solutions for home, offices and retail environments. Paint grade flush door 10-year guarantee FSC Certified Manufactured in the UK Technical Information Material composition: MDF face with softwood stiles and rails and a cellular core. A fibreboard honeycomb structure inside the door provides strength so that the door does not bend or warp. All hollow core doors are interior. Installation: Internal doors should not be installed in areas with recent plastered, screeded or wet sites. All of our doors including those pre-finished, should not be exposed to inappropriate damp site conditions. Trimming: Each door is supplied with a 4mm trim option along the two long edges and 6mm on the top and bottom edge. If fitting a fire door there is no trim allowance along the top edge. Doors are supplied with exposed lippings. Storage: When receiving door, it should be laid flat fully supported off the floor in a dry and fully ventilated area with protective packaging intact. Doors supplied unfinished should be thoroughly sealed on all faces and edges prior to any installation work.
