Review: I bought this after sending a competitors back which had a float switch which quite frankly had a mind of its own. The Karcher has two contacts which when the water connects them the pump kicks in which a much better system than a float. Mine is connected to 30m of 25mm flat pipe and I tested it on c.50ltrs over this distance and it was very impressive. There was no elevation on the pipe, it was on flat ground. As we deal with flood water the great thing is we leave it in "standby" mode and then go on holiday indefinitely without worry! Time will tell as regards reliability but the Karcher stuff I've bought before is pretty bulletproof. I will be running it every so often to keep it flood-ready!
