Review: This item was delivery prompted and was easy to screw to the wall. Came with screws though no rawplugs. Read the instructions and found the way to set the code was relatively straightforward. I hope the plastic outside cover will proect it from rain and the elements. I only store one key though with a plastic tag on it, it was slightly fiddly to get the key in at the right angle so it didn't stop the door from closing. It would be useful to have a small hook inside, though not sure if it's deep enough for this. The overall feel of the key safe is good, it feels sturdy.

Review: Seems sturdy and waterproof. However, I have 2 issues: 1) When you set a code, e.g. 1-2-3-4 , those numbers can be used in any order to unlock it e.g. 4-3-2-1 will work, so will all the other permutations of those digits. This means that there is only a total of 4096 (2^12) unique combinations. 2) Once you put in the code to unlock the box and you remove the key, in order to close the box again, you must re-enter the code, and it will not re-lock without doing this. What this means is that if the person using the lock does not do this (because it's an additional step not found in other boxes) then the box will be open, anyone can see and change the code and the mechanism is then exposed to the weather.
