Review: I bought this for doing some work in Scotland during the recent cold snap. I’m glad I did! First up, I bought XL, my normal size as 15 stone / 46” chest and it fitted perfectly. The sleeves aren’t too long, and the funnel collar fastens all the way up past my chin, to my nose. The collar fleece is excellent as I always found hi+viz jackets without any lining to be uncomfortable and cold against the skin, even after wearing for a while. The internal fleece is also very good. I get very hot very quickly and being able to remove this lining makes this an all year round coat. I didn’t get the chance to test it in the rain, but I did spill a drink over myself and it ran straight off, so I presume that rain will do the same. It’s too early to say how long it will last, but it does appear to be very well made, with no loose threads or poor stitching that I can see. It should certainly stand up to a couple of years of work quite easily. Overall, for the fifty-ish quid I paid, this is an excellent investment. Totally recommended.
