Review: I reviewed this hammer a few years ago as a great all rounder. Unfortunately there is a handle issue. The 1st 1 I had (around) 3 years and the handle became loose and split at the joint between handle and shift. I put it down to a 1 off as my hammers usually last around 7 to 10 year (snapped 4) with heavy use (sites) but unfortunately my 2nd 1 has again only lasted around 3 years before the same problem has happened again. It's a shame cos it's a good hammer, well balanced with a good claw. If your a DIYer you should get a good life span out of it. But if your a professional joiner etc beware.
