Review: Like like like this product. Wouldn't be without it now. Used for upholstery of dining chairs. Easy to use and very sturdy. Good for other things too.

Review: Very disappointed (understatement). Stopped working after 30 staples. No staples have come out since, and then the spring fell out. It looks like the staples are not being pushed up to the exit point. I'm not in a position to return it so have had to buy an alternative for some urgent work I need to do right now. Up to now, I had had faith in the Stanley name. This item is going in the bin. I will be happy to receive a refund but I'm not going to lower myself to ask for one from a brand I no longer trust. Update: After a lot of messing around, I have got it to work, so it's not in the bin and I have raised my star rating from 1 to 2. But I am using the other one I bought, which is much more comfortable to use (lighter and slimmer) and does the same job. It is still alarming that the spring fell out and that the staples need to be put in with a lot of care about how they are positioned to make them come out as they should.
