Review: I was looking for a more permanent solution to seal a minor leak between the bottom of a sloping polycarbonate roof panel and a horizontal upvc roof bar where rain water was seeping in. I had tried applying new silicone sealant, but it never lasted more than a year or two. I purchased a roll and it is very sticky stuff and easy to apply. Easy to cut with scissors, but make sure you leave the backing tape on, otherwise, the bitumen based material will stick to the scissors! It seems to adhere to upvc and polycarbonate very well. I later discovered a possible cheaper alternative product called Evo-stick flashband, but it is not clear if it can be used on upvc and polycarbonate. The product description also mentions use of a primer which may suggest it is a 2 part process to use.
