Description: This VELUX roof terrace window system opens to the left-hand side with a two-window triple glazed configuration, specially designed for use with slates. The 1580mm wide x 2450mm high VELUX roof terrace is designed to allow residents to make full use of a roof terrace or balcony with easy and good-looking access. This product comes with all flashings necessary to install this VELUX roof terrace on pitched roofs with slates up to 8mm thick, and it comes with EEX rail supports with standard sizes. This VELUX roof terrace doesn’t come with the external balcony floor and the railings will need to be purchased separately. Suited for pitches of 35° to 53°, this roof terrace system features 2 top hung windows and a left hung vertical window. The left-hand top hung window opens to 45° and the left-hung vertical window open together to give you terrace access. The interior of this twin terrace window system is finished in triple-coated Nordic pine and the exterior is finished with grey aluminium for an attractive, contemporary look.
