Review: Both the ratchet and the swivel mechanism jammed completely within 5 minutes of receiving the tool - and that was before it had been called upon to do any actual work, this was just familiarising myself with the operation. Customer service suggested I talk to Wera, then gave me the contact details for the MP for Bath, who has the same first name... It's a nice idea and I can imagine it'd be very useful, but either I received a faulty one or it's lacking in durability. Amazon can't or won't replace it, although they'll refund eventually, and I'm loath to buy it again.
