Review: The nut part of the bolt (the bit you insert the key into to tighten or remove the bolt) came away from the shaft, leaving the bolt shaft in place and could only to be removed with plyers. If you are relying on this lock on a window that you may need to use as a fire escape, then you may want to get something else instead as the window will not fully open with the screw part in place, so if the nut comes off and you don't have any plyers to hand, then you are stuck. I e-mailed Yale about this, requesting a replacement screw/nut part and asking them to check their quality control. I received a confirmation of my message, but have never received a proper response.
