Review: This is the second time I’ve bought these - and now just put an order in for 10 more to refresh handles on all windows. 1 - easy to get out of packaging 2 - so easy to fit (literally - you don’t need brains, patience or strength) 3 - if you’re someone that doesn’t read instructions - you’re in luck - it’s intuitive - you really can’t go wrong 4 - really freshen up the look of even the oldest windows and make them look a lot newer than they actually are. 5 - smooth, easy open, closing and locking. Great product.

Review: I ordered 2 of these handles both of which had quite bad marks/scratches on the them. in addition to this, the round screw cap covers don't stay in the hole as they are too small. The video suggests they come in Yale packaging, but they both arrived in poly bags, one of which was unsealed and had the worst scratches on it. So I returned that one for a refund and kept the other as I needed to fit a new handle urgently. I fitted it on a timber frame tilt & turn window. I had to cut the spindle which is quite easy with a hacksaw. The spindle is 7mm thick so I had to use an adaptor sleeve to make it 8mm. Otherwise they seem sturdy enough and seem good enough quality, apart from the scratches and the fact that they don't come in sealed Yale packaging.
